Airparks 3D

3D & Visualisation

Airparks 3D

A 3D visualisation project for Airparks, producing photorealistic renders of illuminated signage concepts to support brand and physical production decisions. The renders allowed the team to evaluate scale, lighting, material, and placement before committing to manufacturing — reducing risk and accelerating stakeholder sign-off.

The visualisation challenge

Physical signage is expensive to prototype. Airparks needed a way to evaluate illuminated sign concepts across different environments and lighting conditions without incurring production costs at the concept stage.

3D modelling and materials

Signage was modelled with accurate dimensions and fitted with physically-based materials — metal, acrylic, and illuminated lettering — to produce renders that matched the expected real-world output closely.

Lighting and environment

Multiple lighting scenarios were rendered — daylight, dusk, and night — to show how illuminated elements would perform across conditions relevant to an airport car park setting.

Stakeholder sign-off

The renders provided enough fidelity for confident stakeholder decisions, reducing revision cycles and allowing physical production to proceed without ambiguity.

Outcome

Photorealistic 3D signage renders that enabled confident physical production decisions and rapid stakeholder approval.
