Squawker is the mascot character for Heha, designed and brought to life through a combination of character design and 3D visualisation. Working closely with the Creative Director and Head of Brand, the character was developed to carry personality, brand values, and visual charm — ready for use across digital and physical touchpoints.
Character concept
The character brief called for something distinctive, warm, and memorable — a mascot that could work at small sizes across digital interfaces but also hold its own in large-format brand moments. Initial concept sketches explored personality, proportion, and expression.
3D modelling and rigging
The approved concept was translated into a fully modelled 3D character — with clean topology suited for animation, accurate materials, and lighting setups prepared for multiple render contexts.
Brand alignment
Every stage of development was reviewed with the Creative Director and Head of Brand to ensure Squawker remained on-brand — from colour palette to posture and expression range.
Output and handoff
Final renders were produced across multiple angles, backgrounds, and lighting scenarios — giving the brand team a flexible, production-ready asset library from day one.
Outcome
