HX PICK was a dual-purpose initiative: a live football campaign that updated Holiday Extras site banners dynamically based on real-world Premier League results, and a centralised asset hub that gave Brand, Email, and Marketing teams access to the right creative at the right time — reducing production overhead and improving campaign consistency.
Site banners were connected to live match data — automatically switching creative based on results as they happened. Win, lose, or draw triggered different messaging and visual states, keeping the site relevant throughout a live match window.
Alongside the campaign, HX PICK was built as a structured asset repository. Brand, Email, and Marketing teams could access approved creative assets in a single location, with clear naming, sizing, and usage guidelines reducing back-and-forth during fast-moving campaign periods.
The project required close alignment across Brand, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure the system worked reliably under live match conditions. Design played a central coordination role — bridging creative output and technical constraint.
