I was invited to host a stall at the Premier Inn AI Expo, representing Holiday Extras and showcasing our VEO3.1 image generation workflow. The event was an opportunity to educate partners and internal stakeholders on how we integrate AI tooling into our creative process — and on the quality safeguards that sit around it.
I presented our AI image generation process, explaining how diffusion and spatiotemporal diffusion techniques work in the context of creative design — making the underlying mechanics approachable for a non-technical audience.
I designed a structured prompt-based activity using printed adjectives and objects, letting attendees combine terms or create their own. This encouraged creativity and participation without putting anyone on the spot.
The session demonstrated improvements made to our VEO3.1 workflow, outlining its efficiencies and creative applications for producing higher-quality, on-brand imagery at pace.
Acting as a brand ambassador, I fostered strong engagement and curiosity from both internal teams and external partners — positioning Holiday Extras as a business thinking seriously about creative AI.
Outcome
Strengthened Holiday Extras' reputation for innovation and reinforced my position as a trusted advocate for AI and emerging creative technology across partners and internal teams.
