Year in Review

Year in Review was a Spotify Wrapped-inspired interactive microsite built in Figma Make for Holiday Extras' partner network. Partners could view their year's performance data presented in a visually engaging, shareable format — designed to delight rather than simply inform, and optimised for sharing across email and social channels.

The concept

Data reports sent to partners were functional but forgettable. The opportunity was to transform annual performance data into something partners would want to share — a moment of celebration rather than a spreadsheet.

Figma Make as the build tool

Figma Make was used to build the interactive microsite — allowing design and development to happen in a single environment, with rapid iteration and high visual fidelity from the first prototype.

Interactive storytelling

The site was structured as a scrollable, animated narrative — each screen revealing a new data point or highlight, paced for engagement. Motion and transitions were calibrated to feel celebratory without being distracting.

Shareability

Every screen was designed to work as a standalone shareable — optimised for social crop ratios and email embedding, giving partners multiple moments worth sharing rather than a single end screen.

Outcome

An interactive, shareable Year in Review site delivered in Figma Make, strengthening partner relationships through a memorable data storytelling experience.
